How to Find a Mobility Scooter Repair Service
Finding a dealer near you with our dealer locator is easy. To get to our dealer locator page, locate the Buy Online/Find a Dealer button at the top of the pridemobility.com website. Clicking that button brings you to our simple dealer locator. All you need to do is type your address or zip code in the search bar.
Underneath the search bar is a dropdown menu. Clicking on the menu expands it to show all product options such as electric wheelchairs, lift chair recliners and mobility scooters. We recommend choosing the mobility scooter option if you are looking for mobility scooter repair service.
Once you type in your address and select your product type, you can click the Click Here to Find Nearest Dealer button. This brings you to the search results. You can see a list of mobility scooter dealers in that area, their addresses and phone numbers. You can also expand your options by using the dropdown mileage menu to find dealers anywhere between 15 miles to 250 miles from the location you inputted.
What is Covered by the Pride Warranty?
Pride Mobility covers some scooter parts. You can easily find the pride warranty information on our website.
- First, find your product on our website.
- Every product page has its own menu. Locate the TESTING STANDARDS & WARRANTY tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the webpage and click the hyperlink that says Download Warranty Insert. This brings up a PDF version of your pride warranty.
It is important to know that when dealers sell the scooters to customers, they may offer their own warranty. To learn which parts and services are covered by their specific warranty, please contact them for more information.
