How do I know what battery I need?
Pride Mobility electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters use different batteries. The device you use will determine the kind of replacement battery you need.
To get a new battery, you first need to identify your device. Find the name on the device or look for the serial number/model number sticker. The stickers are located on either the seat post or near the battery compartment.
The spec sheet and owner’s manual have the battery information inside. If you can’t find your manual, check out our resource page. This page has manuals for all power wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
